Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories or internationally. P.O. Boxes accepted for standard shipping.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Expect the email within 1 business day of placing your order.
Shipping is charged to your Macy's Gift Card at checkout. This is our only accepted payment method — ensure your card has enough balance to cover the order total plus any shipping fees.
