Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and with original tags attached.
Email hello@theweftcos.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Print and attach to your package.
Once we receive your return, your Macy's Gift Card is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Since Macy's Gift Cards are our only payment method, all refunds are credited back to the Macy's Gift Card used for the original purchase. If that card is no longer available, we'll issue a new Macy's Gift Card via email.

Want a different size? Email us — we'll hold your preferred size while processing your return (subject to availability). If the requested size sells out, we'll refund your Macy's Gift Card instead.
